As an Internationally Certified Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher and Retreat Facilitator with over two decades experience, I draw upon a range of mindset techniques and mindfulness practices that are easy to implement. Participants get hands-on experience with different approaches so that they can choose which works best for them. The sessions are uplifting and enhance a feeling of connection amongst staff.

The content and duration of all sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the organisation and outcomes required:
Mindful Mornings – 30 Minutes
Begin the day with a guided meditation and a goal setting practice to feel calm, motivated and focused.
Lunch Time Wellness Break – 45 Minutes
Be guided through a Chair Yoga practice (no special equipment necessary) or a floor Yoga practice. This session will help you stretch your body, connect to your breath and clear your mind, leaving you feeling revitalised and refreshed.
Stress Management Masterclass – 90 Minutes
Learn mindfulness practices, mindset techniques and self-care strategies that are easy to use daily in order to manage stress, feel less overwhelmed and improve work-life integration for overall enhanced well-being.
The Key To Confidence Masterclass – 90 Minutes
Befriend your fear, overcome self-doubt and move beyond imposter complex in order to take courageous action and reach your highest potential.
Corporate Retreat – Half Day
Combining a yoga practice, guided meditation, goal setting activity and well-being workshop, this gift to employees is a wonderful way to show them how valued and supported they are.
1:1 Leadership Coaching – 60 Minutes
Be held in a supportive space as you identify your values and goals, learn to integrate work and life in healthy ways and step into your leadership role with confidence and clarity.
