As an Internationally Certified Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher and Retreat Facilitator with over two decades experience, I draw upon a range of mindset techniques and mindfulness practices that are evidence-based and easy to implement. Participants learn about a variety of approaches so they can choose which works best for them. The sessions are uplifting and enhance a feeling of connection amongst staff.

The Well-Being Reset – 45 Minutes

The session is ideal for team building days. It includes:

  • Guided breathwork to feel centred and present
  • A gentle chair yoga (no equipment necessary) or floor yoga practice to feel revitalised and refreshed
  • A goal/intention setting practice to move into the day feeling motivated and focused. 
Burnout Prevention Masterclass – 2 Hours

Using my signature CPR Framework™ for stress management, participants will learn:

  • The signs of burnout and the fundamentals of self-care to prevent it
  • Practical tools that can be implemented immediately to increase resilience and reduce stress
  • How to regulate and replenish themselves every day

Your team will walk away with a clear, customised action plan and accessible self-care strategies that will help them manage stress, feel less overwhelmed and enhance their overall well-being.

Half Day Corporate Retreat – 4 hours
Combining a yoga practice, breathwork session, guided meditation, goal setting activity and Burnout Prevention Masterclass, this gift to employees is a wonderful way to show them how valued and supported they are.
