Beautiful one, before we head into the festive season I invite you to take some time and space for yourself. To pause, breathe and be. To fill your cup and cultivate a sense of tranquility so you can move into December feeling grounded and calm. With practices to nourish your mind, body and heart, REFELCT AND REPLENISH will provide you with the opportunity to connect to yourself, connect to other wonderful women and spend a day devoted to your well-being.

The day will provide you with movement, stillness, reflection, inspiration, creativity, conversation and community. Every aspect will contribute to you feeling replenished.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Awaken your body, connect with your breath and clear your mind. This practice will leave you feeling revitalised and calm.
Yin Yoga
This nourishing floor-based practice will invite you to soften and release through your entire being.
Reflect And Reset Workshop
Discussion, journal prompts and a guided visualisation will help you acknowledge and celebrate all you’ve accomplished this year and connect to what you want to call in next year. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves and look forward with renewed energy and excitement.

REFLECT AND REPLENISH is your invitation to take a day for yourself. To slow down, fill your cup and move into December with a sense of peace and vitality.  From grounding yoga and meditation practices to inspiring and creative workshops, each activity has been thoughtfully curated to replenish your energy and nurture your spirit. The day will offer a supportive and heart-centered space where you can take time for yourself, be deeply nourished and connect with a community of wonderful women.

Kerry Solomon

I’m a yoga teacher with over two decades of experience, an award nominated life coach and a women’s circle facilitator. I’m devoted to  supporting women to know they are whole, worthy and wise and deserving of lives that light them up. After facilitating 20 residential retreats I can say my favourite thing about them is seeing how participants feel deeply replenished and reconnected to themselves in a way they haven’t been for a while.
