Through powerful workshops and specifically designed yoga practices you will gain clarity on what’s most important to you and learn how you can bring your dreams to life.  You will be held in a loving container and guided every step of the way as you explore, uncover and evolve.

The Workshops

Clarity is Calling

Are you clear on the areas of your life you would like to work on?  Are you aligned to the goals you have in those areas?  If not, do you know what stands in the way?  In this workshop you will explore multiple areas of your life to see where you need to be focussing your attention.  When you have clarity on this you are in a much more powerful place to begin the unfurling into the fullness of all that is you and your desired life.

Alignment Awaits

Once you have clarity on your path ahead the next step will be to uncover the various resistances you have to fully embodying those goals, wishes, dreams and desires of yours.  Claire will take you through a process that she regularly uses with her Kinesiology clients to unearth limiting beliefs and sabotaging behaviour.  You will leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of your particular pitfalls and this in turn will place you in a much more empowered place to action your goals with confidence.

Liberating Limiting Beliefs

In this workshop you’ll learn about the psychology of self-doubt and how to transform it so it doesn’t hold you back.  You’ll discover the most common ways resistance shows up and how you can create evidence of success to move beyond it.  You’ll walk away armed with practical strategies that will support you in developing your voice of self-compassion, shining a light on your abilities and strengths and boosting your feelings of confidence.  Get ready to feel excited about all that is possible for you!

Building Beautiful Boundaries

With your self-belief blossoming you’ll be ready to create healthy boundaries that support you to live in an aligned and authentic way.  In this workshop you’ll explore the areas of your life where your boundaries need attention and the underlying emotions driving your choices.  You’ll learn how to release people pleasing tendencies, honour your internal guidance system and prioritise your wants and needs.  You’ll feel empowered.  Your self-trust will be ignited.   You’ll step forward knowing your value and worth.

The Yoga

The movement practices have been thoughtfully designed to weave in,  compliment and embody the retreat’s theme.  They will vary from flow in the mornings to floor based for restorative and yin.  Classes have been prepared to include all levels of experience and ability.  Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Your Facilitators

Kerry Solomon

My passion and purpose is supporting women in knowing how worthy and wise they are.  My work as a coach, circle facilitator and yoga teacher is centred around helping people build their self-understanding, self-acceptance and self-belief so that they can live in a way that is authentic, aligned and joy-filled.  I love deep and meaningful conversations, pyjama days, time at my neighbourhood lake sitting under the trees, Netflix binges and coffee!

Claire Tait

We all have so many titles and hats that we wear but the main ones with regards my current work are Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and EFT Practitioner. Outside of these I love to spend time with my family and friends, enjoying great food and wine, yoga, a good gym session and being outside in nature.  I have a deep appreciation for all these simple things. My soul lights up with acts of kindness and compassion, and I try to live in gratitude every single day.

The Venue

Curraweena House is located 75km’s northwest of Sydney at the foothills of the Blue Mountains.  With it’s beautiful Hamptons style interior, tranquil and picturesque surroundings and dedicated yoga space, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from distractions in order to reconnect with yourself. 

Accommodation is twin share with linen and towels provided.  A  special sense of community will be forged as we enjoy our meals together around the 10 seater dining table, and there’ll be time in between sessions to explore the stunning country style gardens.  This heritage listed home has been set up specifically for retreats to ensure the most comfortable and relaxing experience.

The Food

Kerry and Claire both understand and appreciate the importance of delicious and nourishing food, and the element of nurturing it brings, so they have arranged for a wonderful chef to come in daily and prepare seasonal plant based meals.  If you have specific dietary requirements they will be catered for.

This weekend has been lovingly designed to offer you all the pleasures of a great retreat – delicious food, beautiful accommodation, peaceful surroundings and nourishing yoga practices.  On top of these wonderful delights, Kerry and Claire will bring their experience and expertise as a Life Coach and Kinesiologist respectively, to take you on a powerful and transformative journey.  With numbers limited to 8 attendees, you will receive lots of personal guidance and support.  You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more confident, excited and inspired to craft a life you love!
